Where can i get cheap snow boots, jacket and pants in Melbourne, australia?

i'm going to somewhere snowy next week and i dont wanna rent snow clothes. i'de rather own the clothes i'm paying for. where can i get snow clothes? i've never seen snow in my life so i really dont know where i shd start looking. i know i shouldnt wear jeans and sneakers...but how shd i dress and where would i find these clothes. as for the boots, would regular leather boots that i wear out to the city be fine or are there special snow boots that i shd get? any other snow wear information will be really appreciated. i'm on a tight, tiggghhttt budget so the cheapest possible clothes ideas will be best. thank u in advance =)

What determines the age of accountability for salvation?

Many Christians say that if you're not saved by the age of accountability, and you die, you're going to hell...but that if you've not yet reached that age, you're going to Heaven by default. So...100+ years ago, people were marrying at 15-18, having children by 16-20 and life expectancy was around 47 (talking about the US). I can understand then, thinking that someone was mature enough then to have made a decision about his/her eternal soul. In today's world, though, people are in school until their mid-20's, getting married around 30, and have a life expectancy in the 70's. People mature at a much later age now than they did then...so shouldn't that mean that the age of accountability should change, too, and not remain 13 when most kids are still busy being kids and not raised as religiously as they once were? Just wondering. Thanks.

Bras, swimsuits, and stuff.... a few questions/thanks:)?

34a is fine for an 8th grader, i suggest buying a swimsuit with a built in pad because now that your starting to get you are going to need to buy them anyway. and try a tampon, i had to use one at a waterpark in 8th grade and i didn't put it in right so i thought they didn't work, but like a year later i gave them another chance, and now i only buy them , i don't even bother with pads anymore they really are great!!! so yess try them, but make sure that you put it all the way in!! it may hurt the first time though so you might want to practice before you go. and get tampax pearl, it has a plastic applicator so its very easy to put in.

Why do weather people think hot and sunny is good?

Is there some law that weather people learn in school that requires them to treat hot, sunny weather as the best possible weather? I'm so tired of hearing them talk as if 105� F and no trace of clouds or moisture is somehow Paradise. It rains after months of drought and the weatherman talks about the "deterioration" in weather, even though the rain is desperately needed and the heat has been oppressive for weeks. Where do weather people get indoctrinated with this nonsense?

WHy are shy people intimidated by others?

For example. a shy guy sees a beautiful women walking past him. In his head he may be thinking of what would be cool to happen with her but in reality he's so shy he'll turn away and not talk to her. Why does that happen? what makes a person shy? Is that like brain activity that does something?Is there a medical explanation for why some people are too shy why others will just walk up to a person. Is there an explanation from a medical standpoint like a part of the brain tells you that you can't react to that specific person for whatever reason?
