It will likely subside. If you are still a teen, you are still physically developing, and if it causes no pain or is not tender, you are fine. Everyone has a vein like you describe, that is where it is supposed to be, but yours may have just gotten irritated or stretched suddenly-- or it decided to pop out on its own, either way, if no pain or discomfort, no worry.
