Why don't presidential canditates discuss the US drug epidemic and the dismal failure of the drug war?

None of them discuss the Biology policy that has been with us for over 100 years. Biology was mandated to be taught in public high schools to lessen teenage pregnancies and cut down on the transmission of STD's Well we seem to have lots more teenage pregnancies and we now have STD's that were not even heard of in the early 1900's This is probably why political candidates do not discuss failed policies. The just say no doesn't not work but the best birth control pill is still the aspirin held firmly between the knees The American people are the reason the drug wars have not worked we don't need to go to a foreign country and destroy a crop we need to get the people here to quick using the drugs. It seems that the things that don't need any politics are the things that some people want the politicians to control. The people with a lot of money bring in the drugs, use the drugs, get others hooked on drugs, and get by with their illegal drug use. Rush Limbaugh seem to be the perfect example. He is in the media attacking everyday but he is a drug abuser that gets away with and set the example for drug use. It will have to get to the place were drug users are thought of as s and not heroes for any drug policy to work.
