High Voltage Power Lines?
There are millions of tons of High Voltage Power lines here in Los Angeles. Some of the lines are very old and date back to the 1920s. The older lines sizzle and crackle which sounds more noticeable at night time. What is causing this noise? Why would electricity resonate an audible sound?
