Can I edit the sound quality of a video recorded with a digital camera?

Hi there, no if the sound is distorted, there's not really anything you can do. There are software programs which will allow you to apply some filters to the sound, but a crackle is a wide bandwidth signal and is going to be very hard to get rid of completely.
