Double Jeopardy.....?

Hypothetically speaking, if Casey Anthony was to come out and admit she killed the child, or new evidence is found linking her to the death....could the state come after her again, even with the stupid double jeopardy law which i think is a clear loop hole in the criminal justice system of america, by the way if it were the case here in Britain, she would be tried again unequivocally, if new leads were found.
