Pimples in pubic area?

I have these..... pimples if you can call them that in my pubic area. They're everywhere around that area. Sometimes on my fanny (sorry don't know the proper word) sometimes in my inner thighs. Sometime (most times) they release puss then blood and then puss and blood mixed together and then ones on my inner thighs release this grey squishy stuff, almost rubbery. I went to the doctors and got tested for diabetes but fortunately the results came back negative. I'm only 4 and a virgin so it cant be an STI. Please let know what it is I'm really starting to get worried
