Why don't young people value anything?
It seems to me that young people don't value anything anymore. They think money grows on trees. They go and spend spend spend. They waste so much money. I rarely ever got any money, much less spent it. The only thing I ever bought was cigarettes. I got a job and worked my a** off to have the little money that I had. And that was when I was a teenager. Every time I go to the grocery store the young people call me cheap and miserly, because I always get the cheaper items and try hard to save money. They just throw in the basket everything that they want and think nothing of it. They just rely on their parents to buy everything for them. They have all these modern commodities and convinces. I cherished every little thing that I ever got. The only time I ever got anything was at Christmas and birthday, but when I go to WalMart are somewhere, there are women with kids that have a million toys in there. Then they never appreciate anything. It is all about wants. When I was a kid I was told that I wa sold enough for my wants not to hurt me. I still believe that to this day.
